Pioneer Trek Clothing Update

We had a ward auction in March for the YM/YW to earn money for their summer camps.  We were encouraged to donate items or services to help with this.  I signed up to make Trek clothes, ie boy's and men's vests, girl's aprons and bonnets.  Here's what I've made so far:

2 vests for a pair of brothers
1 vest for the 1st counselor in the Bishopric (he's the handcart company leader)
1 vest for a Scout leader (just the hand-stitching is left to do)
1 apron for a YW

Here's what I still have to make:

2 vests for another set of brothers (in progress)
a bonnet for a YW
2 aprons and 2 bonnets for a mother/daughter pair

And then there's the clothing for myself and my son and Daughter #1 still to make:

1 skirt for Daughter #1
2 skirts for myself (1 is mostly done)
an apron for Daughter #1
a bonnet for Daughter #1

I WILL GET THIS DONE!!!!!

  1. Sheesh. That's a lot of clothes. But well worth the effort when you'll see them wearing it all! Can you post some pictures of the clothes you make? I'd love to see them!

  2. So nice to have such a useful talent as this. I would have been bidding on your services if I was in your ward.
