This Christmas was full of food storage items, crocheting and crafting supplies and lots of Legos. Pretty fun stuff. There has been plenty to keep the kids busy this week of vacation. I also made everyone their own rice bag. The microwave has never been used so much as it has this week.
We've had some kind of cold/aches around here, with my husband getting it the worst. He's pretty miserable. I was achy for a couple of days, but didn't get worse than that.
With the adults not feeling well and the kids busy playing, not much of the regular chores got done around here. As my mom used to say, "This mess is a place." Hopefully some progress will be made on that today.
We've been listening to lots of 80's music around here lately. It's awesome.
I hope you all get better soon. No fun to be ill. We went through a few rounds of vomiting two weeks ago and are glad to be done with that. Yuck. We (or rather Anthony) got lots of Legos too and he's been building sets everyday. No crocheting stuff or food storage stuff but the latter especially is a wonderful idea! I've worked a little on cleaning and laundry today too. I've really fallen behind lately. And I don't have illness to blame...just...reading...
