Well, I survived running this morning. We did Week 4 of the Couch to 5K program, which is 5 minutes brisk walking for the warm-up, 3 minutes jogging, 90 seconds walking, 5 minutes jogging, 3 minutes walking, 3 minutes jogging, 90 seconds walking, 5 minutes jogging and 5 minutes brisk walking for the cool-down. I was able to do about 3/4 of the jogging or more, plus running to catch up to my group when they were walking. All in all, I ran more than I ever have up to this point. Not too shabby. I did stop to pet 3 horses on the way, but it was during the cool-down walk, so it's okay!
