Happy 14th Birthday!!!

Today is my son's 14th birthday.  Here are 10 things about him:

1.  He loves our chickens and takes great care of them.  Pansy is his favorite.

2.  He is very funny.  He can come up with a comeback super fast.

3.  He has a great memory.  Entire conversations from years ago have been recalled, sometimes to the embarassment of his parents and sisters.

4.  He is really good at building LEGOs.

5.  He is wonderful at doing his own laundry every Friday without being reminded.  We're going on about 5 years of that now.  It's awesome.

6.  He is a great friend to and protector of a young man in our ward with some challenges.

7.  Many adults and parents in our ward have told me how much they admire him for his kindness.

8.  He is very good at video and computer games.  And will do any chores to earn extra time.  I especially like that.

9.  He likes to talk to and spend time with his dad and me.  Maybe that will change in the future, but we're really enjoying that right now.

10.  He is a great kid all around and we love having him in our family!
