Thank You

I just want to say thank you to everyone for the birthday wishes and for supporting my Etsy shop.  I've gotten such positive feedback and it makes it more exciting when others are excited about it.  I appreciate all of you and wanted you all to know it.  Thanks!

Today...

I learned that painting kitchen cabinets is MUCH more bearable when really loud music is playing.

I found 2 books at the D.I. I've been looking for for years: The Count of Monte Cristo by Alexandre Dumas and The Strange Case of Dr. Jekyl and Mr. Hyde by Robert Louis Stevenson.

I fed the chickens and Pansy didn't attack my foot.

I went walking with my dad.

I am 35 for the last time.

I realized for the upteenth time that Can't Touch This by MC Hammer is an absurd song.

Quote

"Finish each day and be done with it. You have done what you could. Some blunders and absurdities no doubt crept in; forget them as soon as you can. Tomorrow is a new day; begin it well and serenely and with too high a spirit to be encumbered with your old nonsense."

Blustery

It's kind of fun to watch shingles blow off of the neighbor's roof.  Of course, I hope one of our neighbors is not thinking the same about our roof.

If they are, it's time for a new set of shingles anyway.

Today's Goals

Start taking pictures of items for Etsy shop.

Eat leftover pizza for lunch.

Check for chicken eggs.

That sounds nice, especially after yesterday's craziness.
